BE 2012, VMWare and MS SQL Transaction Logs

Hi
I'm running BE 2012 and backing virtual machines trough vCenter. I get warnings from two MS SQL servers that transaction logs are enabled but not backed up and eventually transaction logs will fill the disk. If I make MS SQL backup job trough agent there is option to set incremental method for Microsoft SQL, but this option does not exist when I define job trough vCenter. What would be best way to get around this and get rid of warnings in backup jobs?

The only way to get around is to do a separate SQL log backup job. (not through vCenter).
