BE client not connected to BE Server

Hi 2 all,
recentely i've upgrade our BackUPExec version from 9.1 to 13 (alias 2010).
After installation i've installed BE client into my PC (Dell Latitude with Win7 Ultimate).
When i try start and connect my BE client to BE server this error appear: "Error on secury packet occours ...." (traslate from Italian: "Si è verificato un errore specifico del pacchetto di sicurezza")
My BE client not connecter to server.
Same error occour when start Backup Exec License Assessment Tool.
Log Report "BE Si è verificato un errore specifico del pacchetto di sicurezza" (in Italian language)
Any idea to solve this problem ?

Are you attempting to use the
Are you attempting to use the Desktop And Laptop Option (DLO) Client on the system or the Remoate Agent for Windowsd (RAWS) client?
Do you have kerberos authentication enforced on yoru domain?
Do you have User Access Control Enabled on the Windows 7 system?
