I have searched far and wide for the answer to this one. I have found similar messages, but the fixes don't appear to work. This problem came out of the blue while I had v10 installed. I uninstalled 10 and installed the trial for 11d. I got the same, exact problem.

Since Symantec has not released any document explaining what error (14) is or what object 13 is, I have no idea what to try next. Any suggestions?
