at the proxy server not visible resources for backup, why? BE2012 russian edition.

agent on the proxy server is installed and the service is running

Do you have a firewall on that server? If so, can you open port 10000 which is the port that the Remote Agent uses to communicate with the media server.

use 11000 port for BE agent on the proxy server.
