BE.Cloud not showing restore info
The BE.cloud is great and shared with the SEP.Cloud agent. Easy to use and simple for my customers. I have the following requirements for the BE.Cloud. my customers must be able to managed their backup, verifiy their backup, and be able to restore on demand with no delay. Now, I cannot get the restore information since yesterday (7/1/13) at for multiple customers. I put in a ticked with support but this is taking to long. this is the second time this happened in about 6 weeks. Can anybody give me an update as to why this would happen? I know this is a data center and things can happen but like this? thanks.
