I ran the following SQL query:

bcp "SET NOCOUNT ON select * from bedb.dbo.Version" queryout %outFile% -c -t"|" -r"\n" -T -S %COMPUTERNAME%%tcpPort%

and got the following output:

ADAMM 13.5|13.5|2011-03-08 00:00:00.000|
BESERVER|13.0|2009-06-23 00:00:00.000|13.0.5001.0
SERVER_EXE|13.0|2009-06-23 00:00:00.000|13.0.5001.0

To which BackupExec version do these numbers refer? 2010? 2010R2? 2010R3?

This refers to BE 2010 R3. The core exe version of BE 2010 R3 is 13.0.5204 and the DB version is 13.0.5001.0
