BESR 201 does not see RAID drives

Trying to restore an SBS 2003 server but cannot see the RAID 1 drives to restore data.
Help please server is down.
Windows 2003 can see the drives after loading driver but  BESR cant!!!!! even though it says driver loaded successfully.

The only reason is having the wrong driver loaded..  Check your driver again for the storage controller.

There is an online portal, save yourself the long hold times. Create ticket online, then call in with ticket # in hand :-) http://mysupport.symantec.com "We backup data to restore, we don't backup data just to back it up."

If you are using BESR 2010,

If you are using BESR 2010, you must load a 32bit driver which must be 2008/Vista based.

What if the Raid manufacturer does not have a 2008/vista driver? Is there a work around for this, or a earlier version of BESR?

Find and test the file "Txtsetup.oem " in the hardware installation disks for your server hardware. For example if the server is a Hewlett Packard SmartStart disk or by downloading the driver from the website www.hp.com
These driver loads from the utility's load driver restore disk BESR
