Hallo, I want to install BESR 2010 Desktop on an Windows 7 64 bit (new laptop).
I get on the end of the install (98%) an error: Error 2738 Could not access VBScript run time for custom action.
In the application event log there is an event ID 100005.
I tried this one http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH63798
But didn't help. Also http://go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9804433 didn't help.
Reboot after these changes also resulted in an error 2738.
Is there an solution for this? Thanks!
