BESR 2010 on Windows 7 - where is my second drive?

Hi,

After realizing that BESR 8.5 won't work for Win7, I uninstalled 8.5.5 and installed BESR 2010 Desktop Edition on a Win7 64Bit machine. Installing a backup job for the system drive was easy, just like it was on version 8.5.5 in XP, but unfortunately I'm not able to see my d:\ drive in the backup job wizard, even when enabling "see hidden drives". Drive d:\ is visible in the file explorer as well as in the computer management/ disk management - but not in BESR's menues. Where has my drive gone?

Thanks for any hint.

How was the D partition

How was the D partition created?
Is D on the same physical disk as C?

Run SeaST from C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\Utilities, then select SME Dump Operations (make sure that computer management and disk management are not open). This will bring up a log file. Scroll to the bottom, between "End of ObjectId Mappings Generic/non-Generic" and "Finished Engine Initialization" is a section with your disk layout information, post that here.

any idea?

Hi,
Is there anyone out there who has had the same issue - and found a solution for this?
It would be great if Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery could backup all drives of a Windows 7 machine, not only the system partition.
