BESR 8.5 and Exchange 2010 not truncating log files

We recently upgraded our Exchange 2007 server to 2010. I have noticed since then that the Exchange 2010 log files are not being truncated by BESR 8.5. I have the VSS option enabled in my backup. Does anything else need to happen? Does BESR 8.5 not support this feature with Exchange 2010 or Windows Server 2008 R2?

Is that the reason it doesn't work?
It might be but the point is you are running in an unsupported environment so you wont be able to get any support from us (Symantec).
Enabling 'Perform full VSS backup' is the only thing that is required.
It's possible that there is some issue with VSS which may require further investigation.
I would however recommend testing this with SSR 2011 which you can get via our trialware site:
