BESR 8.5 for SBS - keep getting Invalid target drive

I've loaded the trial version of BESR 8.5 for SBS onto several servers running SBS 2003 and 2008.

It work fine on my server, but on each of the client servers I have had a chance to test none can perform a recovery to the same or different hardware.

The recovery disk does not request any further drivers for any of the servers and, besides my server, each tell me the Target drive is INVALID when I run the Recover My Computer Wizard and I can't proceed any further.

When I check all the recovery points on my server, mine are fine, the others Invalid.

I received the Symantec email to licence one of the problem servers. I purchased standard support with this and found the Symantec support to be the worst I have ever encountered. The inaacurate and monosyllable answers from the "technician" made me feel my understanding of this product was greater than his and I know very little about it.

I would really like to get all my clients over to BESR and don't really want to go the way of Acronis, but if it costs more and works so be it.

Any ideas on why I am having this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using this since

I have been using this since version 3 and have never seen a version that worked flawlessly. This doesn't really help you, but maybe it does.
