BESR recovery environment error

I just put on Backup Exec System Recovery onto my dell inspiron 531 running vista 32x. whenever i try to run a backup from inside of windows (not SRD) it will tell me that it can not be backed up while running windows. It must be in a recovery environment.

Here is the document on that error; http://support.veritas.com/docs/293391 The document is in reference to Backup Exec System Recovery Version 6.5, but the information is still valid.
To sum it up, if you have no other backup software installed, run fixinstall.bat or uninstall/reinstall Backup Exec System Recovery. If you downloaded the application originally, I would also suggest that you download it again prior to attempting the reinstall.
Or, like the document Joseph referenced, clear some disk space on the backup destination.
