I have been having some issues with the BESRM installation version 8.0.2.26412. It initially asked to install a certificate and when I did, I received the following message:

Authentication Error: Could not log on with supplied host name, user ID, and password. Cannot get database connection. JZ00L: Logon Failed. Examine the SQL Warnings chained to this exception for the reason(s):

Some of the solutions I have done was to update the C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\Manager\Services\tomcat\conf\tomcat-users.xml file to include a new admin entry. I also put the BESRM certificate located at C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec System Recovery\Manager\Services\tomcat\keystore in a GPO for this server. I cannot get past the logon screen still. I have uninstalled/reinstalled BERSM a few times with no change. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
