What is the "best practice" or the "norm" for client installation features.  If we aren't going to run the Firewall or IPS feature, is it best to create a client installation package that doesn't include those features?  Or, should we just push out a default client that includes all features but disable the policies at the group level?

Thoughts?

Thanks

This is just my opinion but I do not push out a client with features I do not plan to use.  It increases the size of the install package and then you have to rely on policies to make sure those features stay off.  Keep it simple...you don't want the feature, don't install it.  It can always be added later.

Thanks, my thought as well.
