What's the best replacement for rapidinstall to see all file and registry changes and then be able to push them out, aside from msi captures?

to do captures of non msi installs as well.
or, like arjain suggested, you can use Software Virtualisation. I often use it just to capture what's installed then manually copy the files and write the reg changes for non standard installs.
