I need to kwon what are the best reports to get from the sepm and how i can be more proactive with this tools SEPM 12.1

You can also set up different type of alerts to be notified of activity in near real time.

This can be done on the Monitors page. You can setup alerts for New Risks, single risk events, outbreaks, etc.
