BEWS2010 timeframe?

Seems that everyone wants to know as the beta version has a few bugs that no one seems to have answers for as of yet.  I also would like to know a release date as the version I have, bews2010 beta, also does not do any updates and remains the same way it was when I downloaded the trial version.  UNless there are updates that we are not privy to.  It does in fact fail on a backup of system state and that is a major area. 
The last update we got on time frame was March, even though we originally were told it would hit late year. 

Looking for some info come Jan/Feb.

 Official response, 1st quarter of 2010...  Although I've been told as well the Jan/Feb (more the former) was a little more specific...

Let us hope that the Data Deduplication options can be working withthe existing agent backup and doesn't cost us a fortune :-o)
