    Any one aware of the virus "BLACK MUSLIM IN THE WHITE HOUSE". How effective is it and can symantec block this type of virus.

    It might be an hoax threat alerts, just make sure all the systems are protected with latest virus definition.

    Keep your system with updated antivirus definitions and do not open unknown attached and attached from people you don't know.

    Hello,

    Few Questions:

    Do you have Symantec installed on the machines where you have this issue being faced?

    If not, I would recommend you to Installed SEP v.11.0.6300 on you machines with the Latest virus definitions.

    If Symantec is installed and not detecting the Threat, Please Work on the Steps provided in the Symantec Article:

     

    Using Symantec Support Tool, how do we Collect the Suspicious Files and Submit the same to Symantec Security Response Team. 
     
     
     
    This Threat is a Hoax. This Threat has a Number of varients and make sure we have the Latest version of Definitions present.
