File Share Encryption

I'm on a business trip. I'm using PGP 10.2 on my windows 7 laptop (Dell E6220 with SSD). This morning I restarted my laptop in windows 7 and I got this "bootguard" messege on the black screen. Nowhere to input password. I tried to input my password and hit "Enter" button for several times, the laptop said nothing. I also tried the laptop's diagnostic program and found nothing wrong. Now I'm standing in the hotel lobby desperate. With no acess to the laptop, I can't do my job here and I can't change my air ticket through company ticket system. All I've got is my cellphone with hotel wifi. My boss may fire me when I finally get a way back. It's not easy to get a job and the bank may take my apartment away if I can't pay for the loan. My wife can't speak local language and she doesn't have a job. What should I do.

If this is a company laptop that has been WDE encrypted, you may need to hit the Enter key at that screen to be prompted to enter your passphrase.

I'm hoping that you are on the way to having all taken care of, but want to mention that hitting the Space bar may do it if Enter doesn't.
