    Hello,

    I would like to remove permissions for all workers to view/use the blacklist email Smart Task. I have attached a screenshot of the action I need removed. This only seems to be added when the tickets come through the email monitor. If a ticket is created through the Technician Feeder, it does not show this action.

    I picked apart the Email Monitor workflows and cannot find anything in regards to where this functionality is added. Most likely when the Email Monitor workflows pass the ticket to the IncidentManagement core workflow, the core workflow is adding these smart tasks (you've already observed this).  I would put in an idea request here on Connect for adding this functionality. If you haven't already done so, it might be worth contacting Symantec tech support to see what they have to say.
