Can we  block data leakage to Dropbox and googledrive etc by symantec DLP  If yes then how please provide me a guide step by step.

There are two ways to accomplish this with Symantec DLP. 

1.  Setup a network proxy server to "break" the SSL connections many of these sites have.  Create policies that deny posting to the sites you listed.

2.  Use endpoint HTTPS monitoring to see the traffic and create policies that deny posting to the sites you listed.
