Virtual Secure Web Gateway

All,

 I am sure this is rather elementry but I was looking for a list of block domain recommendations to add to my firewall.   In working to resolve a virus (Backdoor.Tidserv) I noticed the recommended domains to block at the firewall to prevent this chain of virus event from happening.  

 I would like to recommend to my network security the adjustment and addidtions to the firewall but was hoiping to have a current list and a source for getting updated lists before puttiung this through.

  Any assistance of information about this is greatly appreciated.
