User Arthur Martin left company already his email address was amartin@xxx.com; I have already delete his email account. Problem now is that though the email account has been deleted user amartin@yyy.com is receiving the email. Both xxx.com and yyy.com are local domains. I have even blacklisted amartin@xxx.com but email is still delivered. I decided to enable recipient validation for domain xxx.com and yyy.com; but email is still delivered. Can someone please help me out.

Hi;
Instead of activate recipient validation. You can create a content policy and you can delete or quaratine the mails.
for exaple: to,cc,bcc= xxx@abc.com
action: delete or quaratine.
