Your best bet would be to use a regular expression. If you do a google search for regular expressions to block URLs you should be able to find some examples.

Its not best to block urls ,, becoz to achive my goal by your suggested way is too long ,, i need add one policy for one url, am i right ?

It's been brought to my attention that we cannto scan the HTML code in an email so you may not be able to acheive what you are requesting. If the email is plain text, this should work.
You would not need a policy for each URL. This would work best if you have a dictionary that the policy refers to. This way you can add or remove URLs based on what you are needing to block.
I agree with this one. You
I agree with this one. You can create a dictionary based policy to take action on emails containing specific URLs. Blocking all urls would not be a wise decision since a lot of email users add their company's url in their signatures.

You could also create a single conntec filter with multiple filters connected by "any of these".

I'd like to point out the Idea from 2009 on this https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/idea/compl....
I know Symantec is call keen on their content filtering, but not being able to apply filters to HTML tags represents an outbound data leakage channel. All I need to do is create an HTML formatted e-mail and add a comment tag including the covert data and there is no way to write a content/compliance filter for it. So for example, I could hide credit card, medical, etc data within the HTML content in outbound mail, and there would be no way to detect the leak.
The ability to optionally
The ability to optionally scan HTML content as part of a content filtering policy is a committed feature for an upcoming release. In the past, this feature had been disabled due to the risk of false positives when scanning items such as image files that translated into a very long string of characters, but with the new feature, we will look to making the ability to scan HTML an optional feature on a per policy basis.
