We have recently configured SWG in our premises. I have configured default end user page to access policy created. SWG is blocking websites successfully but doesent show block message page to user. Can someone help?
If the user is getting a page cannot be displayed page rather than the blocked message page and you see the page as blocked in your reports, you likely need to configure your static routes in the networking portion of the SWG.
I have a single network which is being monitored by SWG. Also we have declared internal networks in SWG network settings. Still we have to put routes? If yes then how to put that?
Is the SWG in span/tap mode or inline mode?
Can you provide a screen shot of the network settings from your SWG device?
It is in Inline - blocking mode.
