Block Sender Domain Except for One Recepient

Hello

I have SMG 9.5 and I'm blocking all emails coming from Yahoo! to my domain using "Local Bad Sender Domains" list. Now a need arises where I have to exclude only one recepient email address from this restriction (it is info@OurDomain.com). How to do that?

I've already tried Content Policies by adding two; one delivers the message if from Yahoo! and destined to info@... and another rule to delete messages from Yahoo! and destined to others - but that did NOT work.

Thanks a million!

Reputation checks are done before the engine can scan them, so nothing would be able to except this recipient from getting Yahoo! emails blocked.

You would need to go the opposite direction and make the Yahoo! blocking a content policy and add this info address to a custom policy group.

Another option if you have end user spam quarantined enabled would be to enable end user preferences and have this person log in to the control center and add yahoo.com to their good senders.

Thanks for the reply. I need to know how to practically do the above. As mentioned, I tried to create two Content policies but they didn't work.
