Yes pete .
I want to blocked Specify Ip address or Range
Edit the firewall policy associated with the clients to add a corresponding rule as follows:
1. Open the SEPM, click the Policies tab, and edit the policy you wish to change
2. Add a blank rule
3. Modify the “Host” properties so that the “Source/Destination” IP is the address you wish to block (Local/Remote is less generic, and requires the local address of the client on which the rule should be applied)
4. Change the “Action” to Block
5.Save and deploy the policy as needed.

You can refer the following article however instead of IP address select IP address range if you wish to block range instead of IP only.
