  • 1.  Blocking File transfers

    a lot of the time Symantec Endpoint version 12.1.4013.4013 is blocking my file transfers from one computer to the next. Is there a fix for this?

    Yea check your traffic log see if firewall is blocking it

    the Symantec product IS blocking the file transfers if i disable network intrusion like it shows on the 60MB vid file everything works fine.Capture.PNG

    Then call support and have them troubleshoot. Disabling components is not an acceptable solution. It could be a bug. Have you installed RU1 MP1 and checked the result?
