  • 1.  Blocking Flash in Firefox

    Hi, 

    I am currently not able to use Flash in Firefox. Each time Flash is used, it causes Firefox to freeze.  In the Client Management Control log, a record gets created:  

    16 11/27/2012 11:23:43 PM 501 15 Block Unauthorized NT call rejected by protection driver. System 0 11/27/2012 11:22:40 PM 11/27/2012 11:22:40 PM Built-in rule 8168 FlashPlayerPlu 0 None FuncID=A8H, RetAddr=C35B5E5FH

    I've searched everywhere to find an answer for this.  

    My tech info:

    Windows 7 32-bit

    Symantec Version: 11.0.6200.754

    Firefox 17

    What happend when you will be disabled sep client ?
