Blocking Flash in Firefox

Hi,

I am currently not able to use Flash in Firefox. Each time Flash is used, it causes Firefox to freeze. In the Client Management Control log, a record gets created:

I've searched everywhere to find an answer for this.

My tech info:

Windows 7 32-bit

Symantec Version: 11.0.6200.754

Firefox 17
