Bloking external hard disk

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I am currently implementing SEP 12, I have USB device locking, but external drives are not blocking smartphones either, I can tell as External Hard Disk block and smartphones

You'll need to use Dev Viewer to get the hardware ID and set up blocking that way.
