    Hi everybody,

     

    We have following problem on some of our laptop computers. Every Tuesday night we run automatic scan on computers. Some computers crash during the scan, and some after the scan. 

    We are using Windows XPs Pro with service pack 2 and Symantec AntiVirus 10.2.1 Corporate Edition. 

     

    But it is always when we run virus scan that this happens.

     

    Any help would be appreciated.

    I will try to describe problem better, later if I can reproduce it again, since I am also new to the company.
