boot cd by version 8.0

hi

 

i try the trial backup exec system recovery 8.0 downloading trial from site symantec.

i try to boot the pc from cd because i want to try a recovery image from network,but the boot doesnt start(in the bios,the first boot is cd then disk)

i burn wrongly or there is anything case? 

 

i have version 6.5 and it runs correctly when i boot from cd and recovery image from network.

Fabio, It sounds like you need to obtain the version 8 recovery CD. Unlike previous version before 7, version 7 & 8 now has a separate recovery CD used to restore images they make. To obtain this disk contact a sales engineer or call into customer care and see with your BESR 6.5 entitlement if there is an upgrade path to version 8.
