Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

I would like to be able to boot client computers that are powered off from the Altiris client console. All machines have the Dell Client Manager installed and routinely check in to the server. Issuing a task from the server to a client that is off does nothing. The client's BiOS is configured for remote wake-up.

What else do I need to do?

You need to select the WOL check box for the SWD Task.  This will create a scheduled task on the NS that will then try and wake up the client via the magic packet.  I cannot remember off the top of my head if the NSA also has a WOL option that needs to be enabled or not via its config policy.
