Thank you very much for your response. I made bootable USB using HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool. But what I exactly need to do is make USB flash memory to image a PC.I want to store the image in flash disk and load from Flash disk or Boot the PC using flash disk and load the image from Server.

Under boot disk creator from your console, you should have the option of creating an iso for making a CD, or a floppy/usb and you should be able to send it to a bootable usb stuck in the machine you are running the console from. I am running 6.9sp1 and am not sure with which versions the exact terminology for the menu options. I carry a 7-way DOS network boot disk on a thumb drive all the time as a NIC test and manual imaging tool.

You can use the "Boot disk Creator" from the Tools menu in DS.

Select Pre-boot OS.
MS-DOS - The fastest to boot, but you need dos NIC drivers.
WinPe 2.1- Take some time to boot, but you can use Windows drivers.

Select the nic drivers you need.
Next, next, next..... Finish.

Right click on your configuration and select Create Network Boot Disk.

You might try this utility unetbootin it enables you to make a bootable usb stick from an ISO etc..

Simple utility with a straight forward interface, usefull if yo don't have direct access to the DS server which i don't as it's in another country and is virtual.
