    Refer to the following technotes

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH78534 : Error when booting the computer after restoring Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2: BOOTMGR is missing.

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH129446 : Error BOOTMGR IS MISSING is displayed when booting Windows Server 2008 R2 using System Recovery Disk.

I get BOOTMGR is missing, Press Ctrl +Alt + Del to restart. I had done this and goes back to same screen, I have checked the BIOS and reloded the defaults, and it still bring me to this same error.

Fortunately, Windows Boot Genius from http://download.cnet.com/Windows-Boot-Genius/3000-2094_4-75827488.html helped me get out of problem and login pc again!
