  • 1.  Both package server agent install as uninstall

    Hi,

    On my NS I seem to be having an issue with the management agent. Both windows package server agent install and uninstall are showing. Also, all packets are disabled (screenshot included).

    They're disabled because they've run and are set to only run once.

    Then why doesn't the management platform recognize it as a package server? It's the same server and firewalls are disabled. when I run the installer manually nothing happens. A screen flashes by but nothing happens besides that.

    Check the management agent to see if the package server plug in is listed.
