Bought PGPWDE 10.1 and have problem upgrade to 10.2

  • 1.  Bought PGPWDE 10.1 and have problem upgrade to 10.2

    My problem: 10.2 is not available for me to download!

    I go through the FileConnect yet when i click Get Software and a new window opened up showing:

    "We are unable to process your request at this time. Your product may no longer be available for download or physical shipment. Please contact   Customer Care   for further assistance."

    Support.... please.....URGENT!

    There may be a problem with your account, or you may not be eligible for the update.  Customer Care handles all such licensing issues.  This PDF file might also be of some assistance.
