I have been told by Microsoft that Synamic bright filter are blocking my emails. While the ban has been lifted my hosting will deny all knowledge of the blocked UP unless I can prove it was not me. I do not send out spam but I have amail server with SMTP Authentication to handle registrations on my site. I have had the hosting since January and my mail server has never worked.
Can you please tell me how I can find out why my ip has been blocked by synamic? (Currently unclocked now).
