  • 1.  Brightmail 6.2 Message Filter upgrade failed

    I upgraded my Brightmail Message Filter scanner from 6.1 to 6.2 but I can't upgrade the control center.  It says the installer can't upgrade to the same version, but it wasn't.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the control center but I get the same message (and now it's uninstalled entirely).

    How do I get around this and force the re-install?

    Then re-install.

    Thanks...removing the services registry entries cleared up the problem...
