Can I block a single domain from sending users emails (example msn.com, aol.com, ect.) I see where i can allow only certain domains, but for now i would just like to block one or two.

not sure I completely get the question here but if want you want is to block some external domains on your inbound email flow with SBG just go to Reputation ->Bad Senders and edit the Local Bad Sender Domains. There just add the domains you want to block and that should be it.
