And I have had the same problem, only I have been listed twice in just over a month. I would like to know why I am being blacklisted since I am NOT an open relay. If there is another issue at hand, I would gladly like to know so I can fix it. Please provide me some sort of reasoning for why this IP was on your blacklist twice:

Is your company sending any kind of bulk emails?

Yes, we do send bulk mail out of our mail server. However, I do follow all those criteria. I will send a test message to the investigation@review.symantec.com email address. Hopefully that will go over well.
