Brightmail Content for Internal Emails

Morning,

I would like a little help to make a Policy.

In this policy, members of a expecific group can't send/receive e-mails for people outside the company. It worked fine at begin, but some of our applications (included Windows) send e-mails directly from Brightmail and not from Exchange. So those e-mails wasn't going for the final user (this one receiving a message of policy violation).

My rules are:

- Outbound Internal Messages
Outbound

If text in Envelope recipient part of the message ends with "ikeda.com.br"
If text in Envelope sender part of the message contains 1 or more occurrences of "registro.ocorrencia@ikeda.com.br"
If text in Envelope sender part of the message contains 1 or more occurrences of "alexandre.aryoshi@ikeda.com.br"
If text in Envelope sender part of the message contains 1 or more occurrences of "felipe.petitto@ikeda.com.br"

Deliver Message Normally

For group "Internal Mail"

- Inbound Internal Messages
Inbound

If text in Envelope sender part of the message ends with "ikeda.com.br"
If text in Envelope sender part of the message contains 1 or more occurrences of "registro.ocorrencia@ikeda.com.br"
If text in Envelope sender part of the message contains 1 or more occurrences of "alexandre.aryoshi@ikeda.com.br"
If text in Envelope sender part of the message contains 1 or more occurrences of "felipe.petitto@ikeda.com.br"

Deliver Message Normally

For group "Internal Mail"

- Internal Mail:
Inbound/Outbound

For all messages

Hold Message in Spam Quarantine/Send Notification "Internal Mail"

For group "Internal Mail"

Those rules are in the precedence above and after configure the first and second the users started to receive the emails but they are still receiving the notification "Internal Mail".
My questions are:
What Should I do to solve this insue?
How can I add a "fast pass" e-mail there?
Ex: I want that the USER1 receive and send external e-mails JUST from 1 guy. Email: sender@hotmail.com
If easier this exemple works too:
Ex1: I want that all the members of "Internal Mail" receive and send external e-mails JUST from 1 guy. Email: sender@hotmail.com

It's kinda urgent, so i would be glad if some of you help me with this.

Kind Regards,
Felipe Petitto
