Brightmail / DLP integration

    Hi all. I am talking about the integration that would allow to use the DLP console to release incidents from Brightmail's quarantine folders.

     

    We tried to enable it, exchanged certificates, and it is not working.

     

    Has anyone been able to successfully make it work?  Does anyone have a step-by-step, exactly where to go and what to click? 

     

    We have gone over the Symantec Data Loss Prevention Email Quarantine Connect FlexResponse Implementation Guide  AND the Symantec™ Messaging Gateway 10.0 Administration Guide and they only give you so much information often in general terms.   We followed these directions the best we could, and we aren't stupid guys, but it hasn't worked for us.

     

    There isn't much in terms of error logging either, just some entries that authentication has failed.
