    Hi! 
    I have a backup that is taken by Version 7.6.1 and  I need to restore that backup.
    is there anyway to download  Symantec_Brightmail_Gateway_VMimage-7.6.1  and Symantec_Brightmail_Gateway_OSrestore-7.6.1
    when i checked form fileconnect  those versions are does not exist.

    I have looked around quite a bit and have not found it anywhere a customer can download it. Have you tried your serial number in https://fileconnect.symantec.com/ ?
