  • 1.  Brightmail Gateway: How client can see the quarantine email?

    Hi all

    i'm testing Symantec Bright mail gateway, and have a question

    - if the client want to see their quarantine spam mail or infected mail. How each client can access to his quarantine folder? How to delete and release his email?

    - What is URL web access?

    https://SERVER NAME or IP/brightmail

    logon with the AD credentials (make sure you have AD synch on and end-user quarantine enabled).

    Hi

    For this you need to configure LDAP, With this you able to do user base quarantine.

    Check for admin guide for same

    Hi,

    As per the you query you need to configure LDAP with Authentiction & Synchronization, also you should have 1 LDAP server where all your entries must be present.
