Brightmail Gateway: How client can see the quarantine email?

Hi all
i'm testing Symantec Bright mail gateway, and have a question
- if the client want to see their quarantine spam mail or infected mail. How each client can access to his quarantine folder? How to delete and release his email?
- What is URL web access?

logon with the AD credentials (make sure you have AD synch on and end-user quarantine enabled).

As per the you query you need to configure LDAP with Authentiction & Synchronization, also you should have 1 LDAP server where all your entries must be present.
