Brightmail gateway refusing console login

  • 1.  Brightmail gateway refusing console login

    Hi,

    If I open a console to our SBG virtual machine, version 7.7.0-17, it refuses all logons saying 'login incorrect'.

     

    I can however log in through the webpage using the admin accounts. Any idea what's going on?
