Brightmail message cannot show in Quarantine although mysql updated

    Dear all,

     

          I cannot see any message in quarantine even I configure setting for quarantine message in brightmail. My brightmail is version 6.1.

          I got the error message in Brightmail log in everytime.

     

    27 Jul 2011 14:05:40 (ERROR:1532.3620): [30017] Error reading from SMTP server:

    smtp_send_and_get_result.

    smtp_get_result.

    27 Jul 2011 14:05:40 (ERROR:1532.3620): [30011] SMTP server closed connection:

    smtp_data_end.

    27 Jul 2011 14:05:40 (ERROR:1532.4576): [4019] Module SMTP_DIRECT failed on message

    C:\Program Files\Symantec\SBAS\Scanner\BmiSpool\spam\1552.1311746724.298: processing halted.

    27 Jul 2011 14:05:40 (WARNING:1532.4576): [30013] Error sending SMTP quit command;

    disconnecting anyway.

     

    So I find the soultion from symantec and also try to auto repair in mysql reference from these :

    After restart the mysql & tomcat , I still got the error log & can't see anything in quarantine also.

    Please advise me what should I do .
