Hello everyone,
I'm new to Brightmail and am having a problem. We host exchange email for several of our clients and are using the Brightmail Message Filter version 6.1.1.1. There are a few clients that are getting "Vigara" spam messages. This is a sample header:

I'm wondering why it isn't getting caught. They are getting tired of this as they are a conservative bunch and don't appreciate getting this garbage. There was a list of Allowed Senders but I have disabled all of them and the spam keeps coming. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Tim C.
