Brightmail Message Logs

Hi,
Currently we are using brightmail gateway 10.0.0-7, before upgrade from 9 to 10, while we serach for message audit logs we get for past one month logs, but
after upgrade we are getting only past one day log..it is very difficult for us to investigate any mail issues without this logs
please help

can you verify the message audit log retension settings?
it is mentioned as 2 days.

the cc and scanner on the same box? maybe the setting was overwriten during the upgrade, let me test and let u know.

I tested,the settings still there? did you do the upgrade on the same box ? or you did the backup and restore? tks.
we did the upgrade in the same box only.

can you try use mallog see whether can find anything or not?
